Personal data

What this website collects

This website asks you for nothing. It is a simple showcase website: it has no forms, no accounts to create and no visitor analytics tools. It loads no resources from any other website (fonts, videos, maps, social media buttons), so your visit is not reported to any other website.

Like any website, the server that hosts it keeps a technical log of visits: IP address, date and time, page requested, referring page and browser type. This log is used solely for security purposes and to keep the website running properly. It is not used for visitor analytics, is not passed on to anyone, and is kept for no more than one year, after which it is deleted.

If you write to us

To contact us, you write from your own email account. If you send a message to support@telemesure.net, Grolleau SA receives your email address and the content of your message. These are used solely to reply to you and to follow up on your request.

Your rights

In accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 (“Informatique et Libertés”), as amended, you may ask to access the data concerning you, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict its use or to object to it.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies on your device: no visitor analytics, no advertising, no social media. That is why no banner asks for your consent.

The only exception is at your request: if you pick light or dark mode with the button at the top of the page, that choice is kept in your browser (local storage, no cookie) for your next visits. It never leaves your device and is cleared with your browsing data. If you make no choice, the website simply follows your device’s light or dark setting.

The Customer area, telemesure.net, uses no advertising cookies and no visitor analytics tools either: only necessary technical cookies are set, for example to keep you signed in. To find out more, see the portal’s legal notice.
